Dear Campus Community:
We cordially invite you to attend our upcoming town hall meetings to discuss the exciting, interdisciplinary Signature Initiatives that emerged from the campus’ Strategic Planning effort.
This process began in Spring of 2018 when six topics were identified as part of the campus’ Strategic Plan. These topics became the campus’ Signature Initiatives for which working groups were convened to elaborate on how Berkeley should pursue these societal challenges to achieve significant impact over the next 5-10 years.
At the town hall meetings, we’ll have opportunity to hear about the first five initiatives from the working group leaders and to engage in a moderated Q&A session. The town hall meetings will take place:
