UCPath System Unavailability - Print flyers
UCPath Online will be unavailable for viewing paychecks, leave accruals, tax information, and other self-service functions during this period:

2019 W-2’s - Read more
Sign up through UCPath to receive your W-2 electronically – it’s faster and more secure than receiving a paper W-2. If you enrolled previously through At Your Service Online (AYSO), you do not need to enroll again.
You will receive two W-2’s for 2019:

AYSO (January–March 2019); and
-
UCPath (April–December 2019).

The UCPath Operations team has compiled information on various year-end tax processes and deadlines, including steps to complete each action in UCPath.
Retro Pay - Clarification - Read more
There has been some confusion around the way retro pay is displayed on paychecks. Retro pay can be for a variety of reasons; promotions, merit increase, late hires of faculty/lecturers, etc. and can extend over multiple pay periods. Please remember that all retro pay will be displayed in a single pay period date range on paychecks and not listed individually for the month(s) it was earned.
