As our sister campuses go live with UCPath, there will be a few short periods when the UCPath system will be unavailable for access. This means that the UCPath Online portal will be unavailable for viewing paychecks, leave accruals, tax information, and other self-service functions during these periods. Please plan to access UCPath Online before or after these periods.
UCPath System Unavailability
August 24 - August 25
August 30, 5PM - September 4, 12AM
September 12, 5PM - September 17, 12AM
Although UCPath Online will be inaccessible during these periods, paychecks will be issued on the regular biweekly and monthly cycles.
Pay statements for biweekly-paid employees will be available earlier than usual to accommodate these periods of planned unavailability. For biweekly-paid employees, pay statements will be available on 8/30 (before 5PM) for the 9/4 pay date, and on 9/12 (before 5PM) for the 9/18 pay date. Monthly-paid employees will be able to view pay statements as usual.
