Dear Campus Community:
A reminder that Tuesday, April 23rd is the second of two town hall meetings to discuss the Signature Initiatives.
As background, this process began in Spring of 2018 when six topics were identified as part of the campus’ Strategic Plan. These topics became the campus’ Signature Initiatives for which working groups were convened to elaborate on how Berkeley should pursue these societal challenges to achieve significant impact over the next 5-10 years. Five working groups will present draft reports to the campus community for input.

- Equality, Equity and Opportunity
- The Future of Democracy
At Tuesday's town hall meeting, we’ll have opportunity to hear about the initiatives from working group leaders and engage in a moderated Q&A session.
