After undergoing a full review, PPSM 63 (Investigatory Leave) has been revised by the Office of the President.
In pertinent part, the policy revisions effective May 16, 2019 include:
clarifying the responsibilities of the employee and University during the investigatory leave process;
the addition of two new sections (Section III.B – Circumstances When Investigatory Leave May Be Warranted and Section III.C – Written Notice);
updating the investigatory leave action list; and
providing language and references to intersecting university policies such as Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment and Discrimination, Harassment, and Affirmative Action in the Workplace.
