Sent on behalf of the Lawrence Hall of Science

Dear UC Berkeley Faculty, Staff, & Students,

For the first time, The Lawrence Hall of Science will open its magnificent view of the Bay for a Fourth of July celebration from 6-10 p.m.! You, your family, and friends are invited to join us for an evening of fun science activities, food trucks, live music, and more as you take in the fireworks from the best view in the Bay Area. Enjoy special Independence Day-themed activities and visit our featured exhibit, Dinosaurs in Motion!

As a courtesy to the UC Berkeley campus community, we are extending the member ticket price for all faculty, staff, students, and their guests. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the 4th of July page on our website. Click on the Member Ticket option when making your ticket purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Centennial Drive closes at 7:00 p.m., so you will need to arrive at the Lawrence Hall of Science prior to 7:00 p.m. with enough time to park. The road will reopen at 10:00 p.m., so do plan on staying until 10 p.m. Also be advised that the Hall is not open during normal hours (10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) on July 4, 2019.

Hope you can join us!
