Introducing Berkeley Staff Experience 1 Minute Pulse Survey

Dear Colleagues,

Building community is one of our campus priorities, and it starts with listening to and acting on feedback. Although we ask a sample of staff members about their experience every two years through the UC-wide Engagement Survey, we wanted to establish a more frequent dialog with you. Based on the factors we’ve heard through a series of Berkeley Engagement Survey roadshows that are most important to you, we’re excited to launch the Berkeley Staff Experience 1 Minute Pulse Survey. This anonymous survey is only 7 short questions which we’ll send every 6 months. It’ll allow us to hear timely feedback about your employee experience, helping us know if we’re on track to building a stronger community and shaping the programs/initiatives that can help us get there. We truly value your feedback and are looking forward to hearing from you.
