For the last several days, Facilities Services has been experiencing problems with the Maximo work-order system. As a result, processing of service requests has been slow and limited. We now have a backlog of service requests which we are working to process. While we are working through this backlog, if you have any service requests which must be completed by Wednesday, August 21, please call the Customer Service Center directly at 510-642-1032 to submit the request. If you have a question about any request which has been placed in the last several days, please contact the CSC as well.
The Maximo is currently functioning for new requests. For these requests, please follow the usual process which can be found here: https://facilities.berkeley.edu/operating-units/fs-customer-service-center
