Dear Colleagues,
Just a quick reminder that if you haven’t already had a chance to, please take our “State of the Workplace” survey by end of day Monday, Feb. 28 to have your voice heard. The information we gather helps shape the future direction of our programs that support our employees and our recommendations to leaders. It should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete. As always, we will follow up with a full report of the survey results so we can all take action to improve the work experience for everyone.
Additionally, we wanted to share the recent ‘Ask The Experts’ session, focused on Employee Engagement, with you. This series has been designed as a companion program to the self-guided BPM Part 1: Grow Today certificate. Each session features an in-depth discussion with you uncovering valuable aspects of the course and discussing integration of the new learning into our daily work experience here at UC Berkeley.
