It’s once again time for the Berkeley Staff Experience 1 Minute Pulse Survey. While we recognize that you’ve been asked to fill out a number of different surveys lately, we want to remind you that this is the only survey specifically for ALL UC Berkeley STAFF. It’s anonymous, just 7 short questions in length, and we send it every 6 months. This allows us to hear real-time feedback from you about how you feel working here at UC Berkeley - the questions cover job satisfaction, career objectives, organizational change, recognition, respect, collaboration, and authentic self. The results help us know if we’re on track to building a stronger community and shape the programs/initiatives that help us get there.
