Open Enrollment is just around the corner. This year Open Enrollment begins October 31 at 8 am, and ends November 26 at 5 pm sharp! Here are a few ways you can get the information to make an informed decision:
1. Check out the materials
The UC 2020 Open Enrollment website went live today, with all of the details about your options, costs, and what’s changing in 2020. Open Enrollment booklets were mailed Friday, October 25.
2. Attend an information session:

Open Enrollment - One-hour interactive webinars hosted by the UCPath Center. Registration is required.

Open Enrollment Information Day for Faculty, Staff, and Retirees is Friday, November 1, 10 am – 3 pm at Freight & Salvage, 2020 Addison St. Berkeley.

Emeriti and Retirees coordinated with Medicare sessions will be held at 150 University Hall, 2199 Addison St, Berkeley on Thursday, November 7, 10 am - 12 pm, or 2 pm - 4 pm, and Wednesday, November 12, 10 am - 12 pm, or 2 pm - 4 pm.
3. Book a one-on-one phone consultation
A 15-minute telephone consultation with a UC Berkeley Benefits Representative will be available on November 4, November 8, November 15, and November 22. Please call 510-642-7053 and hold for the receptionist to schedule your appointment starting October 31.
Please note - Health plan representatives will only be present at Open Enrollment Information Day, on November 1.
