UCPath Upcoming Unavailability

Dear Colleagues,

As the next wave of UC campuses transition to UCPath, there will be two brief periods when the UCPath system will be unavailable for access. This means that the UCPath Online portal will be unavailable for viewing paychecks, leave accruals, tax information, and other self-service functions during these periods. 

Please note that these periods of unavailability include some paydays, meaning that you may not be able to review your paycheck on payday. Plan to access UCPath Online to review your paycheck before or after these outage periods. Though the UCPath system will be unavailable for access, rest assured that pay will be processed as usual. 

UCPath System Unavailability

  • April 29, 10PM  -  May 5, 8AM

    • Biweekly payday: April 29 (paycheck preview available 4/27)

    • Monthly payday: May 1 (paycheck preview available 4/28)

  • May 22, 10PM  -  May 28, 8AM

    • Biweekly payday: May 27 (paycheck preview available 5/22 until 10PM)

Visit the Berkeley UCPath website to download flyers to share with your department via email or posting, as appropriate.  

We expect one last round of system unavailability later this summer, and then all UC locations will be using UCPath. Thank you for your patience as we accommodate our sister campuses transitioning to UCPath.
