Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce an open call for nominations for the 2019 UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development. The Initiative is a UC Systemwide Talent Management program developed at the request of the UC Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (SACSW), and delivered by CORO, a non-profit leadership development organization.

The purpose of the program is to provide leadership development for mid-career women, both staff and faculty, who wish to advance their careers at UC.

The curriculum includes participation in a vibrant, professional network of women across the UC system, access to top UC leaders to learn about their leadership approaches and journeys, and strengthening of skills and confidence through hands-on practice.

Individuals are encouraged to self-nominate for consideration, or to nominate others via this online nomination form by 5pm, Friday, Sept. 28, 2018.

Additional information about the program, nomination process, curriculum, dates, and review committee can be found on the HR website. We look forward to receiving your nominations for this valuable opportunity.

Warmly,
Jo

Jo Mackness, Interim AVC-HR
