This Thursday, Campus Conversations hosts Vice Chancellor for Administration Marc Fisher

March 20, 2018

Dear faculty and staff,

The Office of Communications and Public Affairs would like to invite you to the third edition of Campus Conversations, our monthly series of Q&A sessions with Berkeley leaders.

This Thursday, March 22, Vice Chancellor for Administration Marc Fisher – who joined Berkeley this past fall from UC Santa Barbara – will offer his thoughts on changes to campus operations aimed at helping our institution reduce its deficit while retaining its status as the nation’s preeminent public university. He will also talk about improving Berkeley’s organizational culture, focusing especially on our commitment to diversity.

The event will be held in Alumni House’s Toll Room from 12 to 1 p.m., and we’ll have cookies and light refreshments on hand. Please bring a Cal ID if you’d like to attend.

Finally, mark your calendars for April 24, when Campus Conversations will feature Chancellor Carol Christ for the final session of the semester. We hope you’ll make time to join us for one or both of these events.

Sincerely,

Diana Harvey
Associate Vice Chancellor for Communications and Public Affairs
