Summer Concert Series: UC Botanical Garden Redwood Grove

May 10, 2017
Dear Campus Community,
The University of California Botanical Garden at Berkeley is pleased to announce the return of its annual Redwood Grove Summer Concert Series: music held every Thursday, June through August, in the Botanical Garden's outdoor amphitheater under towering redwoods. As always, this year’s line-up includes a wide range of genres, from classical to swinging jazz, Afropop to indie rock and folk.  Shows are held in the golden hours between 5:30-7:30pm and are family- and picnic-friendly. (We strongly encourage you to ride the Hill Shuttle for free with your campus ID!)

Opening night is Thursday, June 1 with a party feel from the big beautiful sound of SF's own Balkan brass band Inspector Gadje!

Information and tickets available online to all shows HERE.

Ticket sales benefit the Botanical Garden, the University's living museum of plants (did you know that the Garden has more different plant species collected from the wild than any other garden in the country?) and one of the most beautiful and tranquil spots in the Bay Area.

Enjoy a magical music experience in the Berkeley Hills at the UC Botanical Garden Redwood Grove summer concert series.

Best,
Eric Siegel
