March 23, 2019 marks 151 years since the University of California’s founding. Today, Berkeley—its first campus—is the world's most distinguished public university.
Please join us in celebrating the 151st Charter Day!
On March 22 the University will be distributing cupcakes as part of a Cal "birthday" celebration. Please come celebrate Charter Day and enjoy a cupcake while viewing the UC Rally Committee's history poster display along the Campanile Esplanade of the University’s most fascinating buildings and traditions.
These events are open to all members of the campus community.
