Feedback Requested: Facilities Survey open until November 30

Dear campus colleagues,

You recently received a link to a survey asking about your impression and satisfaction with campus facilities and Facilities Services. We heard from a number of people that their building was not included in the survey. Please accept our apology for this omission – the survey has now been corrected with missing buildings. We also added an "other" option in the event your building is not included on the new list.

If you have already completed the survey – thank you! –  you do not need to complete the survey again. If you haven't yet had a chance, or if you attempted to complete it and stopped because your building was not included, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and impressions in the survey now (https://ucbsightlinescss2018.questionpro.com/ ). The survey will remain open until the end of November.
