Join Cal Staff for an informal lunch with your colleagues and campus leaders on March 28 in the Wells Fargo Room at Haas. We will be sharing stories and identifying next steps to take to address current workforce issues. Through a series of simultaneous small table chats (6-8 staff per table), we will be exchanging ideas/questions/best practices across the following broad categories:
Performance Management--How might we ensure the continuing development of managers to ensure that managers are meeting staff needs?
Organizational Change--How might staff get more involved? What are some ideas/best practices staff can recommend on managing organizational change?
Employee Satisfaction--How might we achieve top marks in employee recognition, morale, and motivation?
Employee Value Proposition--In what ways might we improve staff recruitment and retention?
We hope that these casual, interactive discussions will produce valuable takeaways for how we can best cultivate a proactive and engaging work environment at Cal.
