History of the Berkeley Staff Assembly Over the past 30 years, BSA has contributed in vital ways to campus life by initiating proposals and working with administration to establish the following resources: · The Career Development Handbook for Berkeley Staff (1994) · The Chancellor's Staff Advisory Committee · The Staff Ombuds Office · The Staff Internship Program · The Excellence in Management Award · The BSA Scholarship Program
